Intestinal stricture and it's remedy

I have been informed by my doctor that I have a stricture which is looped and angulated. I have got few dilatatiobs done earlier as well but it has recurred again... He recommends either surgery or biologicals.. He says angulated structure is difficult to dilate... Pls if anyone facing same problem... Suggest

if biological is an option, go for it!
In some case surgery is the only solution...
I had a surgery for this reason years ago, but now new strictures have again even with Humira.. its so annoying
