Is citrafleet safe in flare up?

Hi i have a colonoscopy on Tue and tomorrow have to take citrafleet... do you know if its safe in a flare up as even tho im not diagnosed i thonk im having a flare up any advice welcome today has been a bad day with a lot of pain thanks xx
