Hey,
Been thinking about this for a couple weeks now. During my rectal exam last appt. it seemed he had a hard time getting his finger in there. He actual pushed my seton knot back into the fistula trying to get in (this I noticed after the appt and am still trying to get it out). I see him monday so I will ask but am wondering if any of you have had your rectum shrink from not using it? He did ask me if I get anything out of this thing (those were his words actually, lol) but left it at that... I've only had my stoma since sept 2012.
just curious if my scar tissue could be doing it or is my rectum actually shrinking?
I have a temp. loop ileostomy.
Thanks!
