Is this important?

Along with my other symptoms over the weekend, I felt like my heart was beating in my bottom. Is this something I should have mentioned to my doctor's office?

Are you in a really bad flare? If so, this could be part of it (possibly from the inflammation or constant need to go). But, it never hurts to check with your doctor to be sure.

Waiting for results from calprotectin. Sometimes, I feel like I am in a flare. Drained some during the weekend. The last two or three weeks, I have lost control for the first time in ages. Can this happen with IBS or just the Crohn's? I have both. Best wishes.

I would probably wait for those results to be sure then. But, it does sound like you maybe in a flare. All you can do is the best you can. Hopefully the symptoms will calm down soon for you. Take care.
