Itchy inflamed upper eyelids

Hi there. I was wondering if this sounds like a crohn's eye thing: I recently started having this burning, itchy feeling in my left eye, and now both. It looks and feels like inflammation and a little swelling in the eyelids above my eyes. Rubbing just makes it worse. Sun also seems to make it a bit worse. My vision seems basically normal, though some watery, dry eye stuff has been there too. I don't think tis allergies, as I have never had them before. Who knows, though. I think its an EIM. I would appreciate any suggestions about what to do about it if it gets worse. Thanks.

I have no advice besides to say that I have this exact same issue. My GI doc said its nothing to worry about as we just started biologics and it would clear up shortly

Is it on the surface of the eyelids or underneath?

Mine is on the surface just generally puffiness
