Hiya Jo

I've read a few of your posts and I'm a bit concerned cos you're getting no-where!
Also concerned that you're vomiting, whether a large amount or not, this needs to be investigated. Bear in mind also, that with Crohn's, this can affect all of the digestive tract, from mouth to anus. Maybe you've got some ulceration/inflammation of the oesophagus?
If this was me, I'd stop hanging around for the nurse to call (she's obviously not arsed) and go straight to A&E.
I'm advising you of this cos I ignored my vomiting for too long, ended up blocked and in serious trouble with an infection. Fever and chills are ringing alarm bells here
How is your support system? Is there anyone to look after the kids if you go to A&E?
Take care xxx

thanks for posting your history, Jo... now that i've read it, i am completely with Joan - get yourself seen asap! pull in any favours you can from friends, family, neighbours to take the responsibility of the kids off you - and concentrate on you!
