Depends alot on your health and your weight.
The guy in the video had lots of fat to use as energy.
Go for vegetable juice over fruit, more nutrients and less sugar
I think the reason it works is because you are not consuming -
Grains, Sugar, Vegetable oils
Too much carrot juice will make your palms and soles go orange (how do i know that? - experience ) but it's a great base for vegie juice, Add Kale and other greens. I love adding beetroot juice but i have breaks from it to make sure my poo is a healthy colour
I'd recommend a paleo diet, (but what do i know? - works for me )
juicing can be a part of that but it's more about what you don't eat.
No grains No dairy No processed food and everything cooked But even some veggies cooked mess me up badly oh and no SUGAR although I do cheat here and there sugar is my weakness
It works wonders for me no pain guts don't rumble and carry on stools are formed no D but have trouble with lots of mucus due to lots of inflammation but apart from that I feel ok
