Hey guys no matter what i juice even carrots i get gassy and bloated. This upsets me as I know I need nutrients oneway or another does anyone know what this could be asked the so called GI doctor he just said i dunno could be anything take some pills but I'm trying to avoid pills any ideas guys. I got a good juicer and sitting here doing nothing

i don't know about what to add or not add but i never thought of using a juicer before to get nutrients! So i'll try it and if i get a non gassy result i'll let you know.

My son can tolerate a 4 ounces but has problems if he tries larger quantities all at once. Have you tried drinking only a little at a time? Another possibility would be diluting it 1:1 with water.

Are you removing the foam from the juice when you make it? That can sometimes cause bloating and discomfort. Also drinking it slowly instead of in big and/or fast gulps reduces the bloating effect.

Yes,I was going to suggest what CC did.I always filter the foam off, yuk, and drink it slowly.I don't add water though.Maybe a half inch of ginger root would help ?? To much kale or cabbage sometimes causes cramping. Please don't give up.Try 3 carrots,1 green apple,1 sweet potato (peeled) 3 celery sticks and 1 beet (peeled)......good luck.
