Hi there people Abot me Ive had ulcerative colotis for over 17 years now and seem to be doing ok.My question is that when I go to the washrooom I find that my poops are how should i say..fluffly looking?? and sort of dissolve when flushed..anyone have this??

Do you have lots of gas too? I get this when I am gassy - it can get trapped in the "matter".

Hi there...no not that much gas out of the ordinary..

Fibre sinks and fat floats. Maybe your diet is too fatty? I dunno, just a guess. Is it floating?

With Crohn's, mine will appear as you described unless I take GOOD probios. I'm sorry to harp on about my favorite probios, but so many other store bought probios do so little; I understand why people give up on them. I take Jarrow EPS and Jarrow IBS products each daily; if I don't, a day later my stools will appear as you described.

Hello..no they sink as for the probios were do you get good ones?? thanx
