Just curious - does anyone have trigger places ?

I've noticed recently that when I go into certain stores I always have the urge - anyone else experienced this ?

Ha, the only ones I have to go is some places where there are no bathrooms.

In my early diagnosis if I went to Harvey's I would have to go, but that was because it was 5pm or more to go grocery shopping and no bathrooms there... wow some bombs I let go.:stinks: :ysmile::blush:

yes!!! I always have to go when I am in Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Not sure why! But I always, always, always get sick in that damn store. Too bad I love it so much!

Yep it's certainly not safe toilet syndrome as it's 99.9% of the time in a store where I know there are no public toilet facilities - it's a miracle I've never been caught out yet ... shouldn't tempt fate really ....

UKBadger: So do you use the "employees only" restroom in those situations? Or do you make a run for a store that does have bathrooms? I know some stores, like certain Walgreens, don't always have public bathrooms in them, but the employees there are usually really nice about letting me use their bathroom.

I don't think it is the "safe toilet syndrome" for me at Bed,Bath & Beyond!! My house definitely is though. At BB&B.. its something about the way the store smells or something. I don't know.... maybe i'm totally weird, but sometimes smells do make me have to go!! lol Like at a festival and it smells like greasy,fried foods.. ;0) maybe i'm alone there..?

Anxiety attacks give me really strong urgency so maybe we need to coin a name for this particular situation? I'm voting "Oh Crap, I Just Realised That This Place Has No Toilet" Syndrome
