Kalms?

Hey,

I have been pretty stressed lately and depressed (iv had nearly a year of a flare and not able to work).

I wondered if anyone has tried taking Kalms? Its herbal and the docs always say to be really careful with mixing herbal remedies with the drugs im on, has anyone else taken Kalms whilst on the meds that im on?

if so, did you have any bad side affects or did it really help?

I've taken Kalms during really horrible times of upset and stress.
You feel like you're drifting into space on a fluffy cloud!
I don't think they interferred with any meds, very recommended, go for it!

Its a herbal remedy in england, im not sure if they sell it in other countries too. It helps with stress, insomnia, depression etc. But i am very weary of mixing herbal remedies with the drugs im on now x

Quite good actually takes 20- 30 minutes to work but i felt a difference they also do night tablets
