I have been having leg pain along with spasms and cramping for years that is becoming increasingly worse. Has anyone else had this experience?

I get alot of cramps in my legs, toes and hands. Normally it means my Magnesium and/or Calcium levels are poor. I managed to get them back to a normal-ish level and now I get them primarily when I don't drink enough water or am extremely tired.

Can you get your vitamin levels checked?

I get cramps when the inflammation in my joints is on a high level. I can stretch my foot and every time it starts cramping. When the inflammation calms down a bit, the cramping becomes less.
For me, there is no link between cramps and Magnesium. I always take Calcium supplements due to osteopenia so I don't know what would happen if I did not take them.
Maybe you should give Magnesium and Calcium a try but if it does not improve you should see your doctor, to my mind.

If its been increasing, then I would definitely have your levels checked. If its a deficiency in something then the deficiency is increased over time unless tackled
