My liver enzymes went above normal about the same time as I tapered off some Lexapro and went into a chronic flare. I'm suspicious they're all related somehow, especially since I'm feeling good Crohn's-wise too.

My last test on Friday showed they were all down to normal.

I'm SO relieved. The next step was a biopsy. :ywow:

When you're feeling sick it can mess with your entire body. For instance, when my mom gets a cold her blood sugar skyrockets (she has type 2 diabetes). Crohn's screws up everything. I'm glad things are back to normal. :)

I think that's one of the frustrating things about it. It can't just be having to deal with digestive issues, but nooooooo, it has to mess up other things too. Damn you, Crohn's.

Anyway, thank you. :) I am happy about it.

I am thinking of tapering of Lexapro also, I know to take it slow and over long period of time, what kind of reactions you had that you needed liver enzymes checked?
