Loading dose today.. Wow am I nervous

Going in 30min to do my starter dose. Not worried about the shots just hope I react well to this stuff.. Feeling pretty good and want to keep it that way..don't want to miss anymore work or be down and out and miss my fishing trip this weekend..

dont worry! you'll be fine! i was terrified and began crying before my loading doses, i couldnt stop shaking and it was pain free! i think due to adrenaline!!
youll be feeling brilliant in no time, i am sure! and then the injections are worth it

Well the shots were a piece of cake.. All four in the gut.. Now just hoping there are no side effects or anything..

did you find it painful?? icing the area before hand helps with that if you did! and leaving the injection out for a bit before hand.
im sure you wont have side effects, you might just feel worn out tomorrow.

You will probably be really tired later today and tomorrow, but the shots themselves aren't bad. Humira works so amazingly for me! Hope it works well for you too!

Jay,

Just be prepared for fatigue. Its part of the process with Humira. Although we all react differently. Just listen to your body for odd changes and the side effects. We are here for ya, good luck!

Thanks.. Still going strong, planning on being up at 4am and heading north for a day of fishing.. Its a 3hr drive to the river, and this is the first time i have been able to get away in months, so fatigue or not am i going to get a line in the water... The river bank is a great place for a nap
