Looking for food trigger

No symptoms in 3-4 weeks, but now horrible cramping. Usually is related to food -- fried is bad, chilli is awful, too much dairy (like really cheesy lasagna) occasionally a problem.

but today I had what I thought was reasonably ok:

chopped salad - iceburg and romaine, turkey breast, a little gouda cheese, very little crumbled bacon, dried cherries, walnuts, chick peas

anyone see an obvious trigger?? Ticked because I am travelling and hate having to just disappear to nurse my symptoms.

A lot of people here have trouble with salad. The dried cherries may be a problem if you have a stricture somewhere.

And walnuts and chickpeas are high on my "not allowed' list although that included Metamucil and I see you take that so......

The only thing I can think of is the dried cherries (delicious but hard on the system), and maybe walnuts/chickpeas depending on the quantity. I've never found them too harmful for myself.
