Lower right sided pain

I am experiencing lower right sided pain. I am not sure if it's crohn's related or from gallbladder surgery 3 weeks ago. The pain started a few days ago and I have gone from regular tylenol to taking tylenol 3. I guess I should call my GI tomorrow. I was hoping that I would be pain free for a while .

Could be your appendix if you still have it. Crohns can inflame the appendix. When I worked for a GI he diagnosed alot of patients that way who haad no idea they had Crohns.
