As I saw Kev mention a need for this in another thread, I decided to post this. You can actually make your own yoghurt to get the benefit of live cultures of the good bacteria, without requiring lactose in the yoghurt. This is done through making the yoghurt at home a special way.

It can be done through the use of a home-made yoghurt maker, like the one found here:

Well I am sure you can just misplace your credit card and then you have no way of purchasing it ;)

Ive had this yoghurt a fair few times. Very easy to make is tastes great

does say
Lactose Intolerant
An estimated 70% of the world population lack sufficient lactase enzymes to effectively digest milk sugar. However, people with this intolerance can usually eat yogurt without any discomfort, since yogurt breaks down lactose into easily absorbed sugars.

EasiYo is an excellent food for the very young, the elderly, the ill and the convalescent – anyone who has difficulty with digesting milk properly.

Also just noticed theres a thread about this in the recipe section which might have some other info
