I am positive I had the very beginnings of an obstruction episode 2 days ago, I thought "here we go again". But I started manipulating by belly & eventually heard & felt movement, because it was twinging spasmodically it wasn't too painful & it worked.
Might just buy people valuable time if you do it before the pain gets too intense.
