Guys can a mri diagnose Crohn's along with abscesses fistulas low folate or is a colonoscpy enivatble?

MRI can spot inflammation, and the abscesses and fistulas would also tell in favor of a diagnosis of IBD, but colonoscopy with attendant biopsies taken are the gold standard, especially when it comes to distinguishing Crohn's from UC or other causes of bowel inflammation.
