Mecca Antiseptic Ointment

Does anybody have any experience with this stuff? I believe it was discontinued sometime back awhile ago but some pharmacies are still compounding it. (I think) Anyways, I was given a bottle to try from the local compound pharmacy for when I have problems "down there" after going to the bathroom. I can't find much info about it online so I'm going to keep looking but I thought I'd come and ask here as well before I use it and risk things getting worse if it's not supposed to be used for that purpose.
