Medical records

Parents, please get copies of your kids medical records! They may never need it, but if they do, they'll have it. Mine were destroyed over 20 years ago and there is no record of ANYTHING in regards to my disease.

I regularly request copies of all results...my file scares people each time we visit the doc lol!
