Looks interesting. Though here in Canada we have ads for Eggs and Milk so not 100 percent applicable, I get the point though.

His book "The Omnivore's Dilemma" really opened my eyes about a lot of things.

I love his recommendation not to eat anything that your grandparents wouldn't recognize as food.
