In my lower left quadrant, while passing stool (if you want to call it that), but only when my body strains in the strongest convulsions (the "heaving" that your body does in flare ups to expel the stool, uncontrollably), and it's very slight, not like an immense pain that makes me wince or anything. It's so minor that I barely think about it except while going to the bathroom (since that's the "reminder" of it).
I was wondering if it's just some irritated tissue that gets more irritated because my body is straining the muscles while it heaves, or this could be what you guys with fistulas/abcesses feel when they are in the works/developing...
I've had all sorts of minor cramping and pains down there over the last 18 months and just general random uncomfortability, I'm keeping my eye on this one since it's in the same spot each time I feel it, but it's nothing that is making me think about needing the ER or anything.
I assume one way to help monitor this is to check blood content/frequency, which I'm keeping a keen eye on, as well as how easily I get the pain and the level of pain etc...
