mouth ulcers and bottom skintags !!!!

hi all as normal i am looking for advice and this is always the best place :rosette2:,
i have been on a wheat free diet and all has been pretty good pain wise just bit of pain after eatting and a permanant stitch like pain in my right hand side , dia and bloating had eased up a bit , but yesterday and today i have had awful stabbing pains in my side but not only that i have a mouth full of painful ulcers and what i can only describe as bits of raw inflamed skin from my bottom ( sorry for the gross bit ) my whole rectum feels underpressure and i feel blocked in my tummy ?? could any of this b ibd related or could i perhaps just be run down ect... ?:eek2:

I hate to say it, but if you feel blocked then you might be blocked! If you get any symptoms like really awful pain, projectile vomiting, fever, etc please go to the emergency room. Hopefully it's just constipation and will pass. Have you eaten anything different than usual? I get a raw and inflamed anus too when I poo a lot, try putting a cream on it. I'm not sure where you are but if you can get something like Calmoseptine or Tucks, that should help. Unfortunately skin tags are part and parcel of IBD and I don't know if there's much you can do for them.

Feel better soon - and if you don't, please do go get checked out ASAP. I hope it's nothing and that you feel better quickly!

ahh thanks for the reply cat-a-tonic xx an a n e doc mentioned the skin tags but they never hurt so i never looked ...i will be now.
I thought about irritation too but the wheat free diet seams to have eased the dia and i do seam to be going to the loo but its just very toothpaste like !!! i will defo be going to our a n e if i do feel in anyway seroius blocked, i'm not taking any chances.
I didn't think of the connction with skin tags and mouth ulcers until i came on here , oooo joy i hope this isnt something starting as it seamed to be improving to a managable level xx thanks again hope you are ok i have rather neglected the forum of late ...sorry xx

hi cat-a-tonic !! help does seam to be a connection nowi seam to be flaring up running to the loo ( no blood yet thank god ) but awful right side pain , i was hoping smething might have come up on ct scan but not heard anything will have to ring my gp , i think im going to have to show him these skin tags ( 7 diffrent docs ive seen and only one in a and e has looked at my bum you would think if they were looking for crohns they would have looked here !! xx

If you're flaring, it is definitely a good idea to call the doctor. I get lower right-side pain as well when I flare. Good luck, I hope they can give you some answers or get you some relief from this flare! Hang in there.
