Mouth ulcers and burning lower right abdomen

Hi well today woke up to 5 ulcers in the bottom part of my mouth and have a warm burning sensation in my lower right abdomen and is making weird noises got colonoscopy on monday but I also currently have h pylori and gastritis could it be one of these affecting me or the crohns playing up


diagnosed crohns 2008
current meds
250mg azathioprine
1g pentasa
500mg asacol suppositories
1g mesalazine foam enema

sounds like your crohns messing with you to me.. if it's lower right that has to be bowel. H pylori and gastritis are stomach.

Passing blood and mucus now as well so yeah gotta be the crohns playing up

With the blood I would say it is the Crohn's.
