Mucus after surgery!!

HI Guys,
I had my resection about 10 weeks ago, 12 inches of small intestines and 3 inches of colon. I was feeling pretty good for a few weeks and now just a few days ago I am having an achy feeling in my LRQ, diarrhea is still pretty bad and now I have noticed mucus in the toilet
Has anyone else has mucus in their stool after surgery?
This is kinda freaking me out that this could be a flare.

Hi. It seems that after I had my resection it took a few months before my stomach settled down.

I don't remember mucus in particular but everyone's body is different.
