Muscle/Leg Pain from Entocort?

I seriously don't remember this side effect when I took it 4 years ago, but I started 6mg this last Friday and today I woke up with a sore mid-thigh pain (similar to the pain when I had femoral stress fractures -_- ) and muscle cramp-like feeling on my right leg. Has this happened to any of you? :eek2:

When I was on budesonide/entocort I would get pain in my legs or in my hip joints. I'd also get soreness in my shoulder joints. The pain in my hip joints seemed to be the most consistent. The pain/soreness I had would kind of go away and then come back without notice.

i had this leg pain before i started taking the pills. i read Univ of Maryland website that it goes hand in hand with the explosive D that I have.

I got the shin pain. But I attributed it to Pentasa, I'm on Pred not Entocort. Interesting that it could be the Pred. Its pretty much stopped for me now though.

Yep. First every joint in my body hurt. Then every muscle. Stopped Entocort and it went away in a week.

A couple years before I'd taken it for a flare without those problems.
