My current problems ive been facing

So basically I'm on the medicine zofran for chronic nausea I usually take it everyday but then I'll feel mostly better while I'm on it but the moment I don't take it for a day the following day after all my symptoms will come back with vengeance the nausea the stomach cramps the diarrhea all the stuff I've been going to the drs for.. but as I've been on this medicine I'll feel better till its out of my system long story short I feel like its just a band aid on a wound that's not actually helping the actual problem I really feel as if my drs don't believe me.. and they refuse to do a pill cam endoscopy because of lack of evidence to an underlying condition because my colonoscopy and endoscopy came back negative for Crohns and UC and my blood work is pretty normal too I've been to the hospital for these symptoms a few times and they seem to just brush it off aswell I'm currently so frustrated and I don't know what to do anymore I have a coworker that has Crohns buy only limited to his small intestine and he could only be diagnosed with the pill cam.. any advice would be much appreciated thanks for taking the time to read and sorry it was so long

Yeah I've seen 3 drs but they are in the same group they all say the same thing my symptoms are almost identical to my coworkers and he said it took him a long time to get diagnosed as well but it's been 2 years of treating just the symptoms and not the actual problem.. also they found inflammation in my stomach and large intestine but they biopsied it and found no cause
