Some of the numbers in my latest White Blood Cell Differential are out of the normal range.

Myelocytes are at 1% when the standard range is 0%-0%.
Monos are at 15% with max normal range is 11%.
Eosinophils are at 6% when max normal range is 5%.
Neutrophils are at 45% when low range is 50%.

And in the CBC with Differential:
WBC Count is at 2.2 K/uL with standard range being 3.5 - 12.5 K/uL.

I am on Remicade, and just finished a 5-week course of Flagyl.

Is this something to be concerned about? Anything I can do to bring them into more normal ranges?

These numbers are nothing to be worried about and are only slightly out of range due to your Remicade infusions.

Eosinophils is going to be raised for any patient with an immune system disorder. At worst, having myelocytes in your blood can signal leukemia but your WBC would probably be much higher than it is at 2.2, and low WBC is quite common in immunosuppressive folks (Remicade) AND in folks with Autoimmune disease.
Short of stopping the Remicade 😁 I don't know how you would go about improving those labs. If you are concerned ask your doctor for lab work again in 2-3 months to see if the numbers have worsened. Best to you!
