Need advice

I just had an ileostomy and am beginning Remicade treatment in about a week. Any advice from anyone about the side effects of Remicade or how it made them feel? All I know if I go to an infusion center for about 3 hours. Is that normal/true? Could use any advice from anyone.

Yes it takes some even longer, the first time takes the longest. We had a tv there to watch but you may want to take a laptop or reading material. I took an antinauseant, just in case. I was fine for the first time. I also took bottled water to sip on. Good luck, it isnt hard.
