Hello, I am a 39 year old female, diagnosed with Crohn's Disease for 5 years now. I am on Humira every other week. I just had a CT Enterography as a check-up to see how things look after being on Humira 3 years. This is what the report says but I don't go to the doctor until October to discuss it. Can someone please read this and tell me what you think. I basically understand number one and two. The number 3 has me stumped. Ever heard of that before? Is it Crohn's related or something completely unrelated and they just happened to see it?

IMPRESSION:
1. Abnormal appearance to the terminal ileum where there is a segment of approximately 6 cm of inflammation and luminal narrowing/stricture. This would be consistent with ileitis secondary to Crohn's.
2. No secondary complications such as obstruction, fistula or absess.
3. Incidental findings include left adnexal cyst, pelvis varicocele presumably from gonadal incompetence as a sequela of May Thurner iliac vein stenosis. If the patient has symptoms concerning pelvic congestion would consider endovascular treatment options.
