Need new gi doc that doesn't just throw medication at you

I live in the dfw area and am in serious need of a good gi doc whe uses less aggressive stances when warrented on treatment. One who has a great bedside manner and actually listens to the patient and what they might want and need. One who no matter what he thinks is willing to put his ego aside and work with you. Yes I know this is asking a lot but I do know the exist somewhere. I do not trust my gi doc at all and hope someone out there who is in my area might be able to help me out. Any help would be so appreciated because my situation has been so overwhelming. Thanks.
