Need quick Pentasa answer, please...

My hubby takes it 4 times a day. His 3rd dose is before he leaves work in the evening. He came home today, said he forgot to take it so took it when he got home. Now, he is thinking he did take it before he left.

So, my question is: Can he or should he take his dose tonight? He may have already had his 4 doses today, but maybe not??

it probably wont matter missing one dose with Pentasa, just get bac on track tomorrow!

Probably best to ring your GI or a pharmacy (drug store?) as they will be able to answer you better than any of us could!! Failing that, call your local hospital and ask them, they may be able to help! sorry I couldn't be more helpful!!

This happens to me often. If the pills are divided out by the way he takes them, you might be able to count remaining pills and determine whether you've taken them already or not. For instance, I take two doses per day with me to work each week. It's fairly easy to tell whether I have, or have not, taken a dose from this container.
