Thanks for posting the link. Hadn't seen this document before. Is it a new one or a revised version? (I can't see any reference to a previous version so maybe it is new). Makes very interesting reading. I hadn't realised how the different drugs are very specific to different Crohn's symptoms and the length of time they've been suffered.

I'm particularly interested is the section about "Maintaining remission in Crohn's disease" as that is relevant to my current situation, at least from a Crohn's point of view. I'll load a copy of these guidelines onto my iPad and take it with me next time I see my consultant.

As far as I'm aware this is a new revised version. All I remember from the other one is that you had to have exhausted all other meds to qualify for Infliximab.

It was nearly 'curtains' for me too over 2 years ago!
