the last few days I've been having pressure in my back and right side (almost feels like when I get my period even tho it isn't due) Last night I got home from a road trip and laid down bc I was feeling a bit tired, all of a sudden I have excruciating pain in waves. I did have a BM but the pain continued. I ended up in the ER and they did a CT without contrast. Didn't say much, found out I had a UTI and he put me on Cipro and a medrol dose pack (steroid) well today I'm having constant pain on my lower right side, when I take a step it hurts a ton, when I get up from my chair it hurts a ton. It hurts a lot to bear down. Hurt a lot to pass gas even, I haven't had a BM today either.
I have Crohn's disease in my terminal ileum, I'm on Remicade 10mg and just had that a week and a half ago. I don't have any strictures that I know of and this is really my first major issue since starting Remicade 4 years ago. Any ideas?

) my only problem has been trying to work through the pain unfortunately. We are short handed at work for a month so this didn't come at a convenient time lol but I don't think it ever does
