New to crohn's forum

Hi everyone-

I am Angela. I have had crohn's fro 20 years now. I had my very first resection almost 3 years ago and then another one 2 years ago. After the first surgery I developed an anastomotic leak and had lots of trouble with abscess, fistula etc... I'm over the hump and am pretty much in remission. I've been on Humira, Imuran, Asacol, and am currently trying to figure out (in consultation with my GI) which drug to try next. I'm leaning towards Cimzia, at this point.

Anyway, there is so much information on here and for that I am grateful.

Hi Angela and welcome to the forum

That's fantastic that you're pretty much in remission, good for you!

In case you didn't see it, we have a Cimzia support forum you may want to check out since you're leaning in that direction.
