My name is Heather, I am twenty eight years old. I am not sure where to start, I guess I will just explain a little about me and what I am going through. I have been suffering from Crohn's Disease for the past ten years, I am also Lactose intolerant and have Barretts Disease. I am constantly in pain and I can't stand eating. It seems to ruin everything. It stops me from going to work, taking care of my father and just my everyday life. I have been on so many medications and nothing helps. I am constantly tired as well, my body just seems like it is turning on me. I thought maybe if I joined this forum that maybe I could learn something new to try or anything really.

HI Heather, Sorry your having so much trouble with both disease at the one time. Have you tried the drug Pariet for Barrett's disease. There are some nutritional drinks out there that you can drink mixed with water from the GNC stores that will give you a energy boost ask for something that is lactose free. and try 10billion probotic cultures tablets for your Crohn's disease. You can get these at your local GNC store as well. if your flaring double up on them and when the flare up is gone just take 10billion Probotic tablet will do. These are natural supplements not drugs and also try omega-3 fish oils. That seems to calm down the intestinal track. and try Siberan Ginseng this boosts your energy levels and over all health.
