This is new to me. I was diagnosed with UC when I was 15. I turned 31 today. I have since had a total colectomy with a J pouch, and was recently diagnosed with Crohns. I have had so many complications (well, what I feel has been a lot)...kidney complications, eye complications, abscess...it goes on. I would love a week where I feel healthy! Anyways, how does this forum work...do we help support each other, give tips maybe? Thanks for the help

This is totally the place to be to give/receive advice and support, everyone is lovely here and if you are having a bad day you can go ahead and have a good winge and know that we will get it.
