So sorry you're feeling so alone, I know how you feel, people try but they just dont get it unless they're there!
I'm also from the UK, but up north.
Hope you find comfort here on this forum, i only found this place myself the other day when i was feeling particuarly low.

Welcome to the forum!
It's pretty difficult feeling alone with this disease---it's enough to cope with day-to-day without having a strong support system around you.
Where is your health at right now? Are you taking any medications?
Hope your day/evening is a bit lighter...

I just started this forum yesterday.
It's hard trying to get people to understand, that's why I'm so glad I found this forum. I only wish I would have known about this in 2009 (when I was at my worst) it would have helped out a great bit!

It's so hard when you haven't got support around you...my family and alot of my friends struggle to understand what I go through - many think that I make it up.
So keep hanging in there - there are so many kind people on here who suffer similar things to yourself or at least understand the pain and torment that you are going through. There's always someone who'll provide support and offer advice or experience to help keep those blues away.

Feeling like you are in a world of your own is how i felt for many years.
I kept a lot of my problems private and just tried to cope with it.
Some of my family were great but only a crohnie understands a crohnie.
I hope you find treatment which gives you remission ASAP
