No medication

Iv been taken off my meds today as i was suffering from heart palpitations. Also been suffering from severe joint pain and my IBD nurse wants to see if its a side effect from the tablets. Im a bit nervous as I'm not getting new medication for a couple of weeks. Wont this make my stomach worse? He said its ok as we haven't managed to control it yet anyway.

I understand your fear but if it wasn't being controlled and possibly causing problems it's necessary to figure it out. I'm sure you will be on something soon they just need to figure out the appropriate treatment for you. Best of luck!
