Normal?

I'm kinda worried because I haven't passed gas or pooped for about 5 days and I'm currently going thru a flare right now, it also feels like my stomach is swollen. and I have stricturing Crohn's. Is this normal?

Im also having some of the worse pains in my life that come and go. But when they come I curl up and just can't move

That isn't good. Are you vomiting, have fever? When is your surgery scheduled?

Are you eating at all?

brad1025 , my son hasn't experienced this but from what you're describing, I'd be concerned about an obstruction. Please search for some additional info and, if it seems to relate to what you're feeling or you have any concerns that it is an obstruction, you should head to ER. :ghug:

If you are in that much pain, get yourself to an ER. Could be an obstruction, and if anything, you need help getting the pain under control. Hope you feel better soon

Its scheduled the 8th. And no I'm not eating. I tried but anything I try eating just causes more pain. I guess I will go to the er. Maybe they could just do the surgery now and get it over with

update called my GI. He told me not to go to the er. Instead I go see him on the the 31st. Honestly I have never been in this much pain. I know something is wrong because I can tolerate pain, but this time I just can't. Also as long as I don't eat I can still function with the pain. But I still havent been able to pass gas or poop. I have no idea what's going on but I'm scared
