Norovirus during a flare

Hi, I'm a new member, but have been reading posts since being dx last Christmas. After a colonoscopy 2 weeks ago, I'm being treated w entocort for ulcers in ti. 3 days ago, my family came down w norovirus, which I got as well. 2 days in, I lost 8 pounds with constant vomiting and diarrhea w pain. Went to er, treated for dehydration and cipro/flagyl for high WBC. I'm home now, vomiting and diarrhea, actually all bowel mvmts, have stopped. The pain is still horrible, even on Vicodin. Since I'm new to crohns, would virus cause a worse flare? How long will this on? Is it normal to go from constant diarrhea to nothing? Thanks
