I wonder if I'm the only one where this happens.
When in remission and not eating much for like 12 hours, I feel good, really good, like .. an euphoric moment where my body has much more energy and I can think much much more clearly, I'm more alert and happier. I do not feel slow anymore like on the days I eat.
I looked up how this could happen and it has to do with the body going into preservation mode, the body thinks you are in danger and lots of genes come into play that were dorment before, they are only there for that moment.
Does not eating or eating very little for like a day make you feel good?
