Has anyone tried Nu-Zymes. I've seen posts for people using digestive enzymes and having luck. I'm trying Nu-Zymes and so far I'm not liking them. I have no appetite and an increase in movements throughtout the day. I do seem to have less bloating and gas but is the trade off worth it? I don't think so.

I am only on day 3 of taking them and I'm not sure if I'm just in an adjustment period.

Keep taking them or give up????

Hi Kathy Welcome to the forum. Havent' heard of this particular brand. But, if they're bought & paid for... (you didn't say how long you were taking them) I would suggest that you take them till they run out, and in the interim ask your doc, or a nutritionist, if they know how long you should give them to work

Hi Kathy,

Have you had any luck with Nu-Zymes now?

I was thinking of buying some but wanted to check around first.

Take Care!

In my opinion DON'T TAKE 'EM!
I had nothing but trouble. D, dehydration, no appetite, etc. I don't care that they are toted as "all natural" I don't think they are good for people with Crohns and I let them know that. They also cost $175 for 4 months worth of pills. They are not worth it.

I tried a digestive enzyme product from Garden of Life called omegazyne. They didn't make any of my symptoms worse, but they didn't make them any better either. I took them for about a month and pretty much felt nothing from them. Not worth the money in my opinion.
