Hi everyone!
I am looking for ways to boost my immune system. Can you tell me some ways or vitamins you take to do this? Any suggestions?

Have you taken any blood tests that indicated you need to supplement? Over supplementation is just as harmful as not getting the nutrients you need.

Many people will IBD usually supplement with B12, Vitamin D and iron, although there can certainly be other's depending on the medication used and the location of the inflammation (small bowel inflammation will cause more deficiencies due to malabsorption).

Try and eat a balanced diet. For the most part we don't really need vitamins if we're eating a variety of foods. A multivitamin would also help. But no need to buy any crazy expensive ones.

My opinion on the immune thing is that it is good (but sometimes worse before it gets better). At least for me :)

And food is so important! I'm increasingly less worried about avoiding 'bad foods' and more worried about maximizing nutritional density via organic/local/grass fed and making smart meal choices. Ala Robb Wolf, Chris Kresser and Matt LaLonde.

That being said I still don't normally eat gluten or a host of other things (Paleo-ish) and I'm starting Paleo AI next week for the third time and I've done gaps a couple times. Never tried SCD but I do love their yogurt, haha.
