Just thought I would share this website with everybody. It is called NutritionData.com, and it is a diet tracking website similar to so many others you may have already seen out there.
What I found interesting about this particular website though, is they provide the foods with an "Inflammation Factor" rating. Negative values are inflammatory and positive values are anti-inflammatory. The goal is to have a rating of at least +50 by the end of the day. Here is a link to more information about it.
