Just thought I would share this website with everybody. It is called NutritionData.com, and it is a diet tracking website similar to so many others you may have already seen out there.

What I found interesting about this particular website though, is they provide the foods with an "Inflammation Factor" rating. Negative values are inflammatory and positive values are anti-inflammatory. The goal is to have a rating of at least +50 by the end of the day. Here is a link to more information about it.

I have only just started using this site, so I can't share much so far in terms of experience with it, but it seems interesting!

We were looking at it a while back for the GL information on it. Some of the things on there I'm wondering how they came to the conclusions they did.

I just came across the "Inflammation Factor" while reading the Anti-Inflammation Diet for Dummies book yesterday. I saw this old thread on here and was wondering if anyone uses this information in their diet? It looks like the nutritiondata.com website has some good information.

Does anyone look at this info to hit the goal of 50 every day? If so, has it made a difference?
