Only mucus bowel movements

My son only has mucus bowel movements and left abdominal pain for 7months now

Like frozengirl, I wonder what kind of doctors he has been to and what sort of tests they have performed?

Have they done stool samples? It could be an intestinal infection or parasites.

Yes to stool samples but no infection ,just scared of the C word cancer,bc everything I have seen keep posting cancer symptoms

The statistical probability of it being cancer is utterly minute. I understand your concern, but the chances are incredibly low.
