Oral Thrush On Remicade?

I believe I have oral thrush right now. Going to find out for sure in the morning.

Has anyone experienced this as a side effect of Remicade and or Prednisone? I am currently in the loading phase of Remicade (going back for 2nd dose next Thursday) but I am also on 40mg of Prednisone but going to start tapering tomorrow, over the next month to see if Remicade will be the answer which so far it seems to be.

But back to thrush, anyone have a connection? I have read some other posts on it but wanted to know more about its connection with Remicade.

Update:

So I saw the doc this morning. It is indeed Thrush and apparently it's extremely common when on Prednisone. I am on a mouth was thing 4 times a day that should help clear it up.
