Just wondering what some of your favorite outdoor activities are when not flaring or just feeling very good.

It's summer here now and I was always an avid outdoor's person before my diagnosis camping, fishing, bike riding etc...

When I was in remission I went camping fishing dirt bike riding.

Now I feel good but the BN's are a bit unpredictable so just trying to fish near bushes or a toilet but all in all finally get to get out a bit here and there.

So what do you like to do outdoors nee some suggestions for some new things

I am a professional target shooter and I like to spend time practicing shooting with my Feinwerkbau.whenever I get time, either at the backyard or in the range....and then my second love my motorcycles..I got a 220 cc and a vespa..both which are very close to my heart....whole day I am seen riding them wherever I go. I plan to upload some pics of them too.

Disc golf, trout fishing in the mountains, hiking and gardening around our property. So far I haven't had to worry too much about unexpected BMs. I hope that won't change.

Well here in Canada we're waiting for snow any day now (many already have it) so it can get very cold but when it's nice I love spending my time outdoors walking my dog, walking around the local market, etc. When I was younger I spent every waking moment skateboarding but now I mostly just go outside for fresh air lol.

My husband and I went hiking once in awhile. I'd like to go running with him now that I'm feeling better, but have just been too tired to do it. Maybe we'll start running together a little bit in the Spring...

I love kayaking! My hubby and I have a two-person kayak, that way if I get tired he can paddle for a bit by himself or vice versa. We used to go kayaking every weekend the summer before I became ill. Then, after I got sick, I was not well enough to kayak, and when I hit remission I was still pretty leary about being on the water and away from bathrooms. But finally this past summer we dusted off our kayak and took it out a few times, and it was lovely. And my bowels behaved themselves which was very nice too!

when I had lots of BM's I still was able to do sports. For me if I knew I had a game way in advance then my body would adjust for that. But I tell you on the drive home it was always a race! I wasn't really up on doing anything spontaneous during those years unless I knew I had a good exit plan.
