Over granulation of wound

I've attached the before and after pics, it has healed from an ulcer to the flesh being higher than skin level, have to see surgeon tomorrow anybody any thoughts.

My first thought is, geez, haven't you already been through enough?
I've no experience at all regarding wounds, but I hope the surgeon
has an easy fix for you. I'll be rooting for you!

He has touched it with silver nitrate and hopes it will heal, getting wound nurses to look at it next week.

Silver nitrate works great.

Ouch I really have no clue. Cortizone cream?

Yes will try some steroid cream, it is bloomin sore and annoying for sure.

Other suggestion is Bactroban cream (mupirocin).. Great for infective skin problems
